Group Meeting Discussion

  • Art Style - Communicating with Simas and the available team members about correctly using the art style and I even mentioned about if the interior design needs to be changed for the Art style but it was apparently good enough.

  • FX Artist role being filled? - Filip said that he could so some Niagra effects for the level and enemies of the game

  • Game Font Choice - Discussing what font we will use for the game

  • Animations - Discussing what animations can be done for the character arms

  • Environment Layouts - Discussing the layouts of the Maze Puzzle using the level design concept i made

Level Design

This week on level design, I worked on;

  • Exterior of the warehouse

  • Developed Level Streaming to improve performance for later development

  • Corridor Area leading to puzzle rooms

Games Scripting completed list

  • Update textures for Crank Flashlight

  • Tested Material on warehouse wall

  • Adjusting sky sphere to change it to night time (didn't work)


UI Design

UI Design completed list

  • Creating HUD, Main Menu, Pause Menu, Sound/Control Menu, Credits Screen, Objective and Menu Pop-ups

  • Prototyping in Adobe XD
